Subscriber: Subscriber in one of the subscription packages available at Diet Center to benefit from the center's products and meals for a certain period of not less than four weeks, and prepayment is made upon subscription for the full subscription value for the period prescribed for the package chosen by the subscriber, and the subscriber enjoys when subscribing to the benefit of a free initial consultation service on the appropriate diet and body composition analysis.
Customer: Hemaya Center customer who chooses individual or group food orders and is not subscribed to one of the subscription packages available at Hemaya Center for a period of not less than four weeks, and payment is made upon request through the headquarters of Hemaya Center at Al-Ahli Hospital or when filling and confirming meal order orders in case of ordering through the website of Hemaya Center.

For the subscriber to one of the subscription packages available at the Diet Center, he must prepay the subscription value for the entire period prescribed for the selected package, and then fill out food orders and choose the meal on a daily basis.
For the customer / subscriber in one of the subscription packages available at Diet Center, the deadline for ordering food is at two in the afternoon (2:00 pm) from the day before the date and time of the requested delivery, and if the customer / subscriber sends the request after two o'clock in the afternoon, this request will arrive after two days, and Diet Center will send an alternative meal of the specialist's choice instead, and Diet Center is not responsible for food intolerances, allergies or any side effects Other for alternative meal.
To change the delivery date or delivery place chosen by the customer/subscriber as requested, the customer/subscriber must inform Hemaya Center at least (24) twenty-four hours before the date of delivery chosen according to the request.
Second: Payment:
For the customer, payment is made in one of the following ways:
Via credit cards through the website of Diet Center, after filling out and confirming the food order.
Cash or via credit card in case of coming to the Diet Center store to order or receive food.
For the subscriber in one of the subscription packages available at Hemiyah Center, the subscription value must be prepaid for the entire period prescribed for the chosen package, and in the event that the subscriber fails or delays in paying the amounts due for the subscription or renewing the subscription on the specified date, the Hamiyah Center has the right to cancel the subscription without prior notice to the subscriber.
The subscriber can pay the subscription value via credit cards through the website of Hamia Center on the Internet www.hemya.com or by paying cash or via credit card by attending the headquarters of the Hamia Center store.
The payment process is easy and available via credit cards.

Third: The process of delivery, receipt and storage: -
The free delivery service is only available within the geographical scope of the delivery services available at the Hamia Center, which include Doha and Al Rayyan area.
If the customer/subscriber resides outside the geographical scope of the delivery services available at Diet Center or prefers to come in person to collect the meal, he can come to our center and receive the meals that have been pre-ordered at the following times and places:
Saturdays to Thursdays: starting from six in the morning until eight in the evening from the point of sale of the Hemya Shop Diet Center located on the ground floor of Al-Ahli Hospital.
Friday: Starting from six in the morning until eight in the evening from the cafeteria of Al-Ahli Hospital.
The order will reach the customer/subscriber at the time of the delivery date chosen by him or within an hour of that date under normal circumstances.
Hemya Center is obligated to do everything in its power to deliver the food order to the customer/subscriber on the date chosen by the customer/subscriber or within an hour of the chosen delivery date, and the delay in delivery does not entail any responsibility on Hamya Center if the delay is due to force majeure circumstances or foreign reasons beyond the control of Hemaya Center or due to the error or negligence of the customer/subscriber.
As part of Hemya's commitment to the quality of service provided, Diet Center's staff delivers food in refrigerated vehicles dedicated to this process to control all aspects of the service provided and to ensure that meals arrive in healthy and food safety conditions.
It is the customer/subscriber responsibility to receive the food at the chosen place and time, and the customer can authorize another person to receive the food on his behalf.
For contractual reasons and to maintain food safety, the staff of the Diet Center will not place food at the door of the delivery place chosen by the customer/subscriber, and in the event that the customer/subscriber or an authorized person is not present at the delivery place on time, the customer/subscriber will not be compensated for the value of the order and may not be replaced by another meal at another time.
The selected meal is delivered to the customer in paper bags.
As for the subscriber in one of the subscription packages available at the Diet Center, the food is delivered in a bag, and the subscriber or the person authorized by him must sign the food receipt form when receiving it from the driver, and return the empty bag received by him the previous time, and in the event that the empty bag is not returned, the food will be delivered the next time in paper bags until the bag is returned, but in the event that the bag is lost or damaged in whole or in part, A fine of QAR 100 for each bag.
At the end of the subscription period, the subscriber permanently keeps the two bags that were used to provide him with food during the subscription period.
Storage and usability information is provided with each meal to ensure safe, healthy and optimal food.
It is the customer/customer's personal responsibility to place the food in the refrigerator immediately after receipt.
In the event that the customer/subscriber chooses to receive food in the evening to eat the next day, the fresh juice and salad will not be fresh and it is the customer/subscriber's responsibility to keep them intact.
Fourth: Awareness and awareness of substances and nutrients that cause allergies or that are not suitable for the health of the customer / subscriber:
The meals of the Diet Center are not prepared for each person separately, and therefore the customer / subscriber must be fully aware of his health status and take responsibility for choosing the appropriate food types and food ingredients for him, and avoid food items that do not suit his health or cause him allergies, and therefore the Diet Center with its management, employees, representatives or partners are not responsible for complaints of damages resulting from the wrong or inappropriate choice of food, so the customer / subscriber Consult his specialist doctor, knowing that the ingredients used by a diet center may be unsuitable for food intolerances or cause allergies in some people.
The products and services offered on the site are detailed to enable customers/subscribers to make the right choice by displaying the components and images of the products to help make a more accurate choice.

Fifth: Refund and compensation:

For the subscriber in one of the subscription packages available at the Diet Center, the amount of the paid subscription will not be refunded or refunded in whole or in part in the event of cancellation or freezing of the subscription.
Hamya Center is obligated to deliver food to the customer/subscriber on the delivery date chosen by the customer/subscriber or within an hour of the delivery date in normal circumstances, and the customer/subscriber is not entitled to claim a refund of any amounts of the order value / subscription value or claim compensation due to delay in delivery if the delay is due to force majeure circumstances or foreign reasons beyond the control of Diet Center or due to the subscriber's mistake or negligence.
By providing meals and recipes prepared from fresh, high-value food ingredients, Diet Center seeks to achieve customer/subscriber satisfaction with regard to weight loss, obesity and maintaining a healthy diet, however, this does not guarantee any result, and the customer/subscriber is not entitled to claim a refund of any amounts of the order value / subscription value or claim compensation as a result of his dissatisfaction with the service or results
Sixth: Subscription Freeze:
Diet Center provides the subscriber with the opportunity to freeze his subscription for a certain period and benefit from the grace period prescribed for each of the subscription packages, which is stipulated below:
For the subscription package for a period of 4 weeks, the grace period is (3) three months from the date of subscription.
During the subscription period, the subscriber can request to freeze his subscription for a certain period by sending an e-mail to the customerservice@hemya.com address within a maximum period of 24 hours before the freeze date.
In case of suspension of subscription, the subscriber will keep the remaining period of his subscription to benefit from it at a later time, provided that the subscriber must benefit from the remaining period of his subscription during the grace period prescribed for the package chosen by the subscriber.
To benefit from the remaining period of subscription, the subscriber must submit a request to unfreeze the subscription by sending an e-mail to the customerservice@hemya.com address within a maximum period of 24 hours before the date of unfreezing.
The subscriber is not entitled to benefit from the remaining period of his subscription after the end of the grace period prescribed for the package chosen by the subscriber, and in the event that the remaining period of the subscription when submitting the request to unfreeze exceeds the remaining period of the grace period, the subscriber can benefit from the remaining period of his subscription until the end of the grace period only, and the subscriber is not entitled in this case to claim to benefit from the remaining period after the date of the end of the grace period or to recover any amounts from the subscription value or Claim for compensation.
It is known to the subscriber that he must fill out the food order and choose the meal on a daily basis, and in the event that the subscriber does not fill out the application, the diet center will provide an alternative meal chosen by the nutritionist instead and it will be delivered to the subscriber at the usual place of delivery and for a maximum of three consecutive days or five separate days, and in the event that the subscriber stops filling and choosing the food order for a period of more than that, the diet center will freeze the subscriber's subscription In this case, the provisions of the subscription freeze set forth in this policy shall apply.
Seventh: Copyright and Intellectual Property:
